“If you want to conquer fear, don’t sit home and think about it. Go out and get busy.” –  Dale Carnegie

All of us have fears, there are fears that are based on their experiences, fears that come from someone they know, and fears that also based on what they heard on other people.

So the question is, how are we supposed to deal with all of it?

Simple. We have to step out and be fearless enough to break those barriers in front of us. You want to know who’s your greatest enemy?

Look in the mirror; it’s YOU.

It’s always YOU all along. All the circumstances that are surrounding you are only the results of your responses and reactions. Their purpose is just to make you strong enough and learn every single one of them in order to achieve the goals that you wanted.

Be it on school, in your office, in your relationships, pretty much of everything.

Your fears will stay on you forever if you don’t do something about it, and you will not grow when there’s no change happening in your actions. Ranting, sobbing, and being afraid are all our normal reactions, but all of it won’t help you most of the time.

Shift yourself to change for the better you. The greater version of yourself. Your fear only makes it blurred for you.

The judgment of other people will never end, pleasing them won’t even make you happy in the long run so why bother?

Trying of something new is never bad, especially if it would benefit you. It’s only bad when you let yourself limit and being fearful about it even though you’re not even trying it yet. Life is too short to limit yourself!

Committing a mistake is totally normal, we’re only human beings. How the heck will you learn if you’re afraid of making a mistake? Mistakes are there to remind us that the most valuable lessons are learned through it, but repeating that mistake over and over again is another story.

You don’t have to stay there in your safe circle where you are standing, make the most of your life doing of what you really want, or you’ll regret it for the rest of your life.

I believe in you, I know you can do it!
